The International Barcodes Networkibn-certificate

Buy Barcodes Ireland is an authorised member of the International Barcodes Network (IBN). The IBN is a group of independent barcode resellers working to make genuine, affordable barcode numbers available worldwide.

What membership means for you

  • Checked numbers. Every number is checked against the network’s shared database before it’s sold, so no two members can sell the same one.
  • Advice on selling abroad. We have members in other countries, so we can tell you how retailers there treat barcodes.
  • Free listing on the International Barcodes Database, which feeds several other product lookup services.
  • Proof of ownership that’s recognised outside the UK, not just here.

Where the network operates

The network works directly in more than 120 countries and has customers in over 160. That’s why retailers worldwide accept our numbers, and why we can answer questions most single-country resellers can’t.

You can see the full member list and contact the network’s head office directly on the International Barcodes Network site.

Check for yourself

Our membership is independently listed. Check our IBN registration, or browse products that already use our barcodes.
